It's a PN title, meaning it's BUDGET. It's a multiplayer-focused areana shooter, the single-player element is an afterthought slapped on for people with no friends. What's with all the hate? It's a mindless schlock-fest, not a deep shooter.

Frank Castle used what he could get his hands on, unless you consider the Microchip era anything other than 80s-90s bullshit. If that meant an UZI and a machete, so be it.

And the last Punisher game was damn good, actually; writing was notch, gameplay was solid.

Where's the AI?
Strafing enemies was okay 10 years ago, but what about using cover, suppression fire, leapfrog maneuvers. Sure, the Punisher just kills thugs, but even a wiseguy knows to hide behind things that slow down / stop bullets.
