Evening Reading

So Mirror's Edge showed up at my door today a day early. I did not share the insane enthusiasm so many other gamers had for the game but it does have a unique flavor that is interesting. I'll probably end up playing through this before Far Cry 2!

As for the the videogame news around these parts:

Lastly, Breckon revealed!

Steve Gibson is the cofounder of Shacknews.com. Originally known as sCary's Quakeholio back in 1996, Steve is now President of Gearbox Publishing after selling Shacknews to GameFly in 2009.

jesus christ i remember this mission before i started my guy over, its the last carnales mission where you have to shoot the people with rocket launchers from the car its very annoying because you have to drive like 3-4 minutes just to get to the spot where you can try and win

Yup. Having to drive all the way there was the worst part. I must of tried that mission 30 times. What pissed me off the most is I could tell you had to completely bullshit luck beat it. Like you can try 50 times, and you will probably do it once and then be done with it. I hate games that do that shit. I know someone will say they did in in one try too

FWIW, there are no real difficult story missions in SR2 (I had no problems at all), and being able to drag someone in via co-op makes it easier if you have problems.
