The game was complete enough as is, and I don't even think paying a few dollars is worth modified skins and suites.

I mean, it must have taken some fabrication machine like 2 seconds to make that and they want me to pay for it? Granted not everyone wants them or could even care less about them, in fact some people would say it *spoils* the original look of the car but that doesn't matter, they should still be hand delivered to my doorstep on a velvet cushion even after I've purchased the car and the dealership no longer makes any residuals off me just to show Honda's understanding that I could care less about keeping fabrication machines in a job after the car ships.
Do I care that they have to pay negligible shipping costs NO Do I care that they probably have other things for payed machine-employees to manufacture instead of these NO Did I know what I was getting into before I bought the car and did I ever expect free door protector thingies after I bought the car no

But the fact that they came out immediately after the game released, and are trying to charge for it.
If these were released say a year from now, no one would probably complain.
But if they had the time to 'upgrade' the graphics this soon, charging for it immediately after release is basically saying... We sold you the shit version, now you have to pay more for what the game is suppose to look like.
This isn't a situation where they were like "Hey! we had some time to go back and make things look cooler, here they are for a small price"
Due to the timing of this, it is clearly a "Hey guys, lets take out all the cool stuff, and sell them a 1/2 ass version at regular price, and then make them pay more for the real version"

EA put up or shut up. ;-)
Full retail game = ~ $50
with all the extra features = $26
plus exclusive console features = $4.50
Total = $80.50
WOW! That's a huge chunk of change for the full game. I remember games used to have these packs as unlockable content, now its just for gamers who gotta catch them all.
