Shack PSA: $399 PlayStation 3 Comes with $100 Wal-Mart Gift Card on Saturday

12
Beginning this Saturday, November 8, at 8 AM, Wal-Mart stores will briefly offer customers a free $100 gift card with the purchase of a $399 PlayStation 3.

That particular model of the PlayStation 3 packs an 80GB hard drive, but is not backwards compatible with PlayStation 2 games.

In addition to the pseudo-PlayStation 3 discount, the $129 PlayStation 2 and $199 Ratchet & Clank PSP Bundle will be bundled with a $30 gift card, while supplies last.

The retailer notes that for each offer, there will be a "minimum 4 per store."

Thanks to Joystiq for pointing us to the official Wal-Mart ad.

      Suggestion ++

      LBP remains my GOTY. If you are creatively inclined at all, or like a good platformer with oodles of user content, LBP delivers.

      This is what I am planning on doing. If I can't get it at Wal-Mart, hopefully BB will honor this.
