With the game now gold, Midway has sent out two new videos from Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe (PS3, X360). First up is a new mash-up movie, showing a fight between Sonya and Catwoman, and The Flash and Scorpion.

There is also a "Mortal Monday" video, which focuses on the game's Rage Mode

I think it's horrifically jerky because someone did a poor job of converting the video, not because the game is that frame-lossy.

What I find really idiotic is the story for "rage".

"I think combat makes it go away" or what they said. I mean that sentence is one of the dumbest things in a long time. Why not just make people beat the shit outta each other for no reason, like in the 80s? No, everything needs a stupid story.

i personally think the game "looks" great, but the fighting just seems boring and slow. maybe it does get better once u've played it, but sf4 will take the crown over all imo. decent try though.

This game looks awesome on paper... but this execution just looks sooo bad, im sorry but the animations and lack of uniqueness to any of the characters just kills the game entirely for me. There are moves like Uppercuts and overhead punches that you see every single character doing and it just makes the characters look extremely generic. It feels like the game is trying to 'make a buck' so bad.

It's nice to finally see a MK character able to fight while falling. Every video I've seen so far only show the DC characters beating up the MK character while falling. Either way, this game looks very sad.
