EndWar Trailers: A Fallout 3 Prequel

Ubisoft has released a duo of trailers from Ubisoft Shanghai's Tom Clancy's EndWar--which, as you can see below, may in fact be a prequel to Fallout 3.

The voice-activated RTS is set for a November 4 release on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

I find it a little ironic that a Tom Clancy game would be the one to downplay the seriousness of war and turn it into some kind of football-esque game reel.

GI-JOE!!! Where are the little parachutes to save each person that gets blow-dified up?

This trailer was lame, so I'm going to assume the game is lame -- which with UbiSoft's current trend of zero quality-control outside of eye-candy, is a safe guess.

It looks like a 3D rendition of Advanced Wars -- which is a game I enjoy for short periods of time, but I don't trust UbiSoft to take the same care with their attempt.

If the demo is anything to go by, the game is going to be fantastic. I haven't had as much fun playing a demo since the COD 4 beta. Every game online has been different. Sure, you get guys who've never played it before but every 2 or 3 games I play against good players and it gets so intense.

I can not wait for the full game.
