Official BioShock 2 Teaser Trailer Arrives

The official teaser trailer for 2K Marin's shooter BioShock 2: Sea of Dreams has arrived, erasing all traces of that low-quality cam leak from our collective memories.

No platforms have been announced for the sequel, which arrives between August and October of 2009, though it is expected to hit PC, PS3 and Xbox 360--the same systems as the narrative-driven underwater original.

I wonder if it'll get released on the PC at the same date as on the xbox360... Any word on this? I sure hope it will be!

They haven't even confirmed it will be on PC at all (although it probably will). It's a bit early to guess release dates.

well it's a pc game that's ported to the 360 so... no reason they won't be out at the same time...

Xbox 360 was the lead dev platform for BioShock

Weird...it's so much better on PC so I never would have guessed.

In anyway the movement and controls were very inaccurate and unresponsive on the pc, even after the patch. I don't know if it was due to the unreal engine or the xbox to pc port but many including me were truly unhappy about that. It lead basically to playing the fighting sequences as in doom/doom2/console fps: trigger the the weapon per strafing because if actually trying to pinpoint the enemy properly with the mouse you would have missed the shot more likely.

Compared to games like Cod4 that came out for console, console only games like halo and especially pc only games like crysis it failed to deliver a enjoyable control scheme.
