New Far Cry 2 Trailer: Getting Paid to Blow Things Up

"What?" I said to him, "So the "release date" ISN'T the "release date"?"
In my 15 years of buying games I've never heard of anything like this. Even when I worked for EB Games the games would be ON THE SHELF by that date. I don't mind too much because anticipation for a game is almost as fun as playing the game itself -- it's just weird that Gamestop would misinform people like that.

It has potential but when you throw in things like having to repair your car all the time (wtf tightening a screw on the engine always) and your gun jamming, having to pry bullets out of your hand and arm 100x during the course of the game, it really becomes a nuisance and doesn't help to not immerse me at all.
