Fallout 3 Gone Gold

Fallout 3, Bethesda's open-world take on the classic post-apocalyptic RPG series, is done and off to production.

"Vault-Tec engineers have worked around the clock on an interactive reproduction of Wasteland life for you to enjoy from the comfort of your own vault," reads a press release from Ubisoft Europe (the game's European distributor) on WorthPlaying.

The revival, sporting some ultimately unimportant censorship, will hit PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 on October 28. The full press release is reproduced below:
