I'm not sure I'm crazy about their approach to focus on vehicles so much... but the game engine looks impressive. The game looks gorgeous in that video.

There is plenty of platforming with the dude as well they go hand in hand, the vehicles are the new feature so that is why they always show so much. I really wouldn't worry about it.

All I can say is Super Mario Galaxy who?

      BKNB is gona rock.

rare hasn't shown to me that they can produce a game that even comes close to the quality of Super Mario Galaxy

I don't know about anybody else, but even though the engine LOOKS great, if the final product is anything like what's in the video, it will be unplayable. It's a jerky mess.

I would MUCH rather have a solid 60fps like Mario Galaxy than this.

Also, I should add that while the graphic fidelity is nice, the art direction is seriously lacking, but that's nothing really new for Banjo Kazooie.

I'm not sure if we saw the same video... looked pretty smooth to me.

The original Banjo was pretty awesome, perhaps comparable to Mario 64 even. So we'll see
