Hehe, whatever. Ads are dumb. They do not make sense to the "smart" consumer. Ultimately, they convey information that is a waste of time to both parties. NOT A WASTE MONEY, I KNOW ADVERTISING IS EFFECTIVE BECAUSE IT WORKS ON BULK returns. The creator for the marketing salaries, and the consumer for believing anything an ad conveys as a push to buy something.

Purchasing should be done with research, not sway. The ads that shows a car on top of a mountain, the sheer level of stupidity that must exist that causes a consumer to say, hey, maybe I can do that... I cannot even imagine how they reach this conclusion. And they KEEP DOING IT AND IT KEEPS WORKING!

Advertisers are getting desperate and making ads more entertain-ment- centric, or stupid ploys like the hypnotic ad on the shack or the shock the monkey crap.

Great, if it works for the masses, then I guess they get their job done, for those of us looking for content without the annoying glitter, we move on. There's more than just exchanging these ideas in return for buying a product.

As for the Shack, Ars, and the little guy turned popular, well, level with us, you get increased traffic, you want the advertisers to pay up, the viewers to believe that you are in it for the money fun, eventually something has to give. We don't live in a Socialist Internet world. We live in an Anarchist/Commercialistic Internet world. The wise block ads, steal software, work minimally and get paid much.

'Preciate the work "Steve", "Ceasar", "Lowtax", etc are doing, but if it turns to an "ad forced" world that the proxies won't be able to block then the consumers will barely notice and I'll be out in the fucking countryside enjoying the air for once... ;)

BTW Steve, I'll pay you the 4 figures you mentioned earlier to not run a single ad on your server for a year.

Geee they really did make it easy to install the new drivers DUH! (jusst read the the whole bible of uninstalling and your set to go *snicker*).

Im not sure if this is just me, but when i try to install the driver in windows NT 4, for my Millenium G200 card, the install keeps asking for DISK 2, when i downloaded the full zip, and when i point it to the correct dir, it still will not install... anyone else have this problem? If you have a workaround or solution PLEASE email me @ tek@xenondesigns.com
