Guitar Hero World Tour Not Getting Keyboard, 'Deserves to be Introduced with Its Own Game'
by Blake Ellison, Aug 26, 2008 10:20am PDTThe possibility of a keyboard in Guitar Hero World Tour has apparently been shot down, a Joystiq interview has revealed.
As previously reported, Guitar Hero World Tour will be adding a new instrument to complement the already-included guitar, drums, and microphone, but the new peripheral would only be used in the game's new music creation mode.
When asked about a keyboard controller, Bright said, "A keyboard controller deserves to be introduced with its own game. This is something we're thinking about."
Guitar Hero World Tour will appear on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and PlayStation 2, with Neversoft developing the PS3 and 360 versions, Vicarious Visions handling the Wii edition and Budcat on the PS2 release.

Well seriously it would be interesting to throw in some classical in a keyboard based game, Could work to entice the non-gamer and perhaps, dare I say it, actually got a little appreciation from the teenage crowd.
...but Satan will be caught in a snowball fight way before that ever happened!
