Lastly, Maarten and I are indeed ramping up to get back to work on the Shack library system. We have some pretty significant stuff we are hoping to add around here as well as exposing and reporting to you guys more on the

Would someone like to explain to me how April Ryan could be killed by a random guard 10 years after the "The Longest Journey" when she's narrating her own story as an old woman? Also, why did we never find out who the whispering man in the tower was? Also, why did we never find out the motives behind what was apparently Brian who killed the White Draic Kin? Why did we never find out what the real connection was between Faith and April Ryan. Or for the matter, how and why did Zoe's mother know about April Ryan. And why was she telling Faith to tell Zoe to save her? Also, what's the deal with impersonating Reza at the end? Does that mean he was dead the whole time? Also, teaser at the end, why did we never really find out who Cortez was. I assume at this point that he was a minstrum, but how the hell did he end up in Stark?
It's a bad ending in that evil wins, but it's also just unsatisfying.
PLEASE, some shacker who has played this and understand all of it help me tie up all these questions circling me head!

Looking for a solution that someone posted, though I can't remember when.
It was for level #15, it went to the left and involved the red ball being launched and landing on a swinging wheel (like a pendulum) and being carried into the goal area.

To get these out of the way, I'm looking to start on the "Ender" series by Orson Scott Card, and the "Foundation" series by Asimov. "Neuromancer" by Gibson was good, but it was sort of hard to follow, so I don't know if I want to read "Mona Lisa Overdrive"...

The time has come for me to buy a new digital SLR. I've narrowed it down to a Canon, but I'm torn between the 40D and the Rebel XSi (450D).
the 450D is cheaper, and has a higher resolution... but the 40D shoots 6.5 frames per second, and is slightly higher rated by users/reviewers.
Help me Shack! What should I do?

I have a few questions:
- Are we likely to get shot (or raped)? We're planning on going to some pretty out of the way places. I'm imagining something like Deliverance here. I don't really have any idea about these places outside of movies and what I've read of Harry Crews.
- We don't really have a fixed route that we're going to take. We fly into LA and will try and source a motor home from somewhere around that area, then I figured we'll just head out towards Florida via whatever southern states are along the way. What things are must sees? I want to go to Nascar, watch a rodeo, go to one of those places where if you finish the massive steak you get it for free, anything along those lines, give me suggestions.
- Any tips on shooting a documentry. I have a book that I'm slowly working my way though, a canon HV30 camcorder and a few ideas about camara shots that would look good. Any other advise?

Oscar-winning actor Morgan Freeman is in "good spirits" after being injured in a serious car accident near his Mississippi home. Mr Freeman's spokeswoman says he has a broken arm, broken elbow and minor shoulder damage.
She said the 71-year-old Dark Knight star is expected to undergo surgery and to make a good recovery.
The accident happened shortly before midnight on Sunday outside Charleston in the Mississippi Delta. Mr Freeman's car ran off the side of the road and overturned several times, landing upright in a ditch.
Mr Freeman - who had been driving the car - and a female passenger were airlifted to Memphis's Regional Medical Center, about 90 miles (145km) north of where the accident occurred in Tallahatchie County.
"He is having a little bit of surgery this afternoon or tomorrow to help correct the damage," his spokeswoman Donna Lee said. "He says he'll be OK and is looking forward to a full recovery," she added.

The sauce for a spicy Italian sandwich was apparently a must have for one Florida man. The man, Reginald Peterson, called 911 twice after a sandwich shop left off the sauce.
Peterson initially called the emergency number Thursday so that officers could have his subs made correctly, according to a police report. The second call was to complain that police officers weren't arriving fast enough.

I'm building this application in C# 2005 and I'm at the point where I need to start building my Setup app. It's looking pretty good, but I have two big questions:
1) Where should I install my application's .mdf file?
2) What's the best way for my application to know where the installer put the mdf file?

So nearly a year after my break i am back in the Arena.
All i can say is: wow, things have changed. A lot.
Most changes are for the better, although getting disarmed as warrior sucks balls.
I had to reread the talent's tooltip to know what the hell just happened to me lol.
Sadly, the dickheads that can't stand losing games with a new team are also still there.

I know its a temporary table, but Im still a little iffy on its usage.
An iPhone can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iPhone with the contents of this iTunes library.

What causes a video, that once played fine on my 360, to suddenly stutter and go out of sync during play?

On the upside, it looks like she's finally decided to really, actually, for real break-up with him this time, so that's a bit of a relief.

They have this extra little game thing where you pick from 1 of 3 choices and SUPPOSEDLY you can win, probably something like a coupon. It's not a big deal but I've turned it into an obsession. You can only pick one choice to try to win per day. I've tried MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN A ROW NOW, AND NEVER WON. I figure it's probably random, so every day I play the center choice. EVERY DAY, AND I'VE NEVER HAD A WIN. It's not like the fucking winner is always the left one or something. Or the odds are goddamn 1 in 170 million or anything. Fuck your face Batman. Fuck it.
I wrote to his commanding officer General Mills and asked why and they apologized and said to keep playing. I just want someone here to try it and win just to prove to me it can be won. CAUSE I KNOW IT CAN'T.

Think large sensor "compact" camera with exchangeable lenses. No mirror slap. Compatible with Four Third lenses with an adapter.
If this doesn't get your imagination going, remember this is from Oly, who brought us pancake prime lenses, and Panasonic, who recently came out with a point and shoot with a f/2.0 aperture. The time draws closer to the birth of a camera like the Sigma DP1, but done properly! Exchangeable lenses with larger apertures than f/4, possible anti-shake tech from Panasonic, and quite possibly a much responsive camera.
Another way of thinking about this is a compact, rangefinder-ish type digital camera that (hopefully) doesn't cost an arm and leg (like the M8 and RD1(s) do now). In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if, in the case Panasonic brings out a micro4/3 camera, that they brought out the same camera under the Leica brand.
