First In-game ArmA 2 Screenshot Emerges
by Aaron Linde, Jul 29, 2008 10:50am PDTBohemia Interactive today released the first in-game screenshot from ArmA 2 (PC, PS3, 360), the followup to last year's ArmA: Combat Operations.
"We have a very strict policy when it comes to publishing in-game screenshots," said Bohemia CEO Marek Spanel. "We guarantee and take pride in the fact that the screenshots are not processed in any way that would make them look better than in the actual gameplay. What you see is what you get."
Set during 2009, ArmA 2 tasks players with keeping the peace as U.S. Marines in the fictional country of Chernarus. The game marks the second unofficial sequel to Bohemia's Operation Flashpoint series, a property now owned and in development at former publisher Codemasters.
ArmA 2 is expected to hit retailers sometime later this year.

Comments
1. The interface and the polish there of. The menus and hud could have used a LOT of work in both games. It was so convoluted to get a game setup and get people in. I tried setting up games with friends and everyone got really frustrated trying to navigate.
2. The insane range and my inability to see who was firing. I still do not know if it was my settings on my PC, but in both games I would never see the enemy others were shooting at. It felt like I was hunting for 2 or 3 pixels, but I rarely saw them. I would lay there waiting to see movement only to get hit in the head from the 2 pixels that I did not notice.

haha. Good one.
In any case I'll still pick it up because I love BIS and their games.
