The guys at Obiwan-network.com have a bunch of new information on the Episode1 FPS 3D game that is in the development. Jedi Knight was the good stuff, maybe this one too?

  • Seriously though, I'd quicksave, and repeatedly kill C3PO over and over just to hear his girlish death-scream...oh man. I loved the sounds from that game...so memorable. Jedi Knight was awesome because you could just die over and over and over and the load times were nonexistant. I've plummeted to my doom in that game thousands of times. Too bad multiplayer eats ween. Not enough maps, and the Zone is hell on earth. Mysteries of the Sith had some badass maps and some dope weapons, but my bro and I couldn't LAN it because we only had one CD. I should hunt down a crack for it...

Ahh memories...don't even get me started on Dark Forces...Typing LAIAMLAME before hitting the ground...c'mon, someone out there knows WTF I'm talking about...

  • hawkeye, i know ALL about what you are talking about. The day that game came out I was in 10th grade and went to 1st and 2nd period, the stores opened halfway thru second period so after it was over I ran to the store, bought the game, went back to school, suffered the rest of the day, called in 'sick' to work, and my friend came over that night and brought his computer and we played the single player campaign (and some MP, but mainly SP) until 9:00am the next morning, it was GREAT. :)

you dont need the z0ne to play JK or MoTS though, go to http://www.jediknight.net and on the left side under 'site guide' there is a JK Servers, MotS Servers, and Add-on Servers section, it isnt gamespy but its the BEST damn way ive found to play JediKnight.

    LucasArts owns me. :)
