  the game took up a full cd of data, so that leaves the DS out.
  
  The PSP could probably pull it off, its near VGA, which both fallouts ran at, and has a storage medium that can handle its requirements, not to mention the screen is quite nice.
  
  I think I would like to see it on the iPhone instead. (cause I don't have a PSP)
