Crysis Warhead Detonates in New Screenshots

24
Electronic Arts has released a few new explosive screens of Crytek's stand-alone sequel Crysis Warhead.

A PC-exclusive, Crysis Warhead is said to follow the exploits of Psycho, a character introduced in the original Crysis. More of an alternate perspective than a direct sequel, gameplay will take place during the events of the first game. More vehicles and weapons--including dual-wielded arms, as shown in the screenshots below--round out the feature list.

Crysis Warhead is scheduled for a fall release on PC.

How in god's name is that a BAD thing? The goddamn game is called Crysis: WARHEAD. Not Crysis: puppyfartz.

You're right, this game shouldn't have explosions in it.

...a violent explosion, and then, an explosion within that explosion. Afterward: one last explosion, with tanks flying out of it.

You realise that Warhead is pushing the increased action thing, right? i.e. Psycho blows stuff up. They're well within their rights to show the game being played as they intended it to be played.

There were a ton of explosions in the first one, too. Explosions are great for causing lots of damage. All this talk, I think I'm gonna fire up some Crysis tonight.
