Prince of Persia DS Media Gets Cute

Guess we'll see, but just based on those screenshots I'd rather play the original.

That's fucking awesome. I love it.

I bought the very first two games for fuckloads of money back in the 386 era; Spent good money on Sands of Time and Two Throne.
But seriously at this point i have completely lost any interest in the series.

The abysmal CGI trailer they released recently did its part.
It seems the semiofficial follow up Assassins Creed has taken the art direction appealing to me but good lord that game blows so hard i can't put it into words without offending people (only way i can stand to quit the fucking game is alt+f4 because otherwise you have to skip through ca 3 loading screens and 5 different menus).

I would have ran out and bought the game for my ds lite if they had gone the xbox/download route with a remake of the original one but this doesn't look good. Its hard to tell by by a single small screenshot
but i have lost faith in ubisofts vision for the franchise.

Quite possibly the worst looking prince of persia i've ever seen :( Good thing they hired a 6 year old to design the prince...
