My story is what I like to call: Cloverfield at Sea
It has a strong scientific and military bent, it follows an expidentionary cruise to a series of deep sea buoys that are being programmed for specific functions (there are several subplots buried in this) and while they're out there, several things happen - an encounter with a foreign submarine and an encounter with a giant fucking sea creature.
Anyway, so I'm looking for movies that deal with any of these themes/issues, my list (of flicks I've seen) is currently:
- Jaws
- The Abyss
- Hunt for Red October
- Crimson Tide
Any others?
