      I think that says a good deal about the success of the game though. Its hard to continue to support a fan base while changing and still retain your base. I think that this game was able to please both the long term fans of the series and the people who have never played an MGS game before because of the wow factor.
      
      Regardless of what people say, the game was written and directed well, and the gameplay is out of this world. The game never tries to be more realistic than it has to, and I applaud them for this.
