Those explosions from the first scene are incredible and 3 cheers to that badass looking grim reaper spell :-O I might have to buy this

these type of games interest me, but its so hard for me to get into them.

i remember playing FF:tactics on ps1 after playing FF7 and i couldn't get into it.
now years later i tried to get into it again and so far the only game that has really grabbed me is
jeanne d'arc on psp. I tried disgaea cuz everyone and their grandmother recommended it to me, but i ended up returning it.

are there any good tactical rpgs that are great for noobs of the genre?
