  I have played a warrior since beta.
  
  I've never been Protection spec, because I'm not fond of tanking, and I've never been in a huge raiding guild and I've never really wanted to be.
  
  I played an Armsman in DAOC, so I'm pretty much at home being the plate dps class.
  
  
  Warriors were gimps for quite some time, and they got a few fun tweaks, and now they are once again a staple class for any group in whatever you feel like doing.
