im at work and have bf2142 installed on my laptop, wanna upgrade to 1.50 but my BF2142 DVD is atr home :S any one knows where I can find the 1.50 NO-CD fixed exe, i looked on gamecopyworld and gameburnworld, the latest was 1.4... helllp

sure good to have an update, but know you have to have 1.5 gigs of memory or better . To play the game off line or on line. I have 1.0 gigs of memory know. So that is a memory upgrade.$$$$$$

did they fix that bug where it will forget to bind your mouse 1 button to "move forward"?
that shit should have been fixed along time ago. That and the fact that is asks me for the damn cd kept me from playing more

I just started up with this game a month or 2 ago. I completely dismissed it when it came out and I wish I hadn't. It's such a fun game when you find a decent server. And surprisingly there are still a ton of good servers out there. It does a lot of the upgrade stuff that CoD4 does now but just in a different way. Definitely worth trying if you dismissed it like I did since it's now dirt cheap.

I'm not sure if it's a bug, but I hope they made it so the game actually saves the way you have your class set. That's a pain in the ass to reset each time you join a server.

WHY would you want no vehicles? I swear everytime i spawn in this game i'm no where near the action (unless I'm in a decent squad I guess), or any vehicles, and there always seemed to be fewer vehicles in this version than other battlefields.

I would still be playing this if EA copy protection didnt SUCK.

this is the ONLY game that wont install on my DVD-Rom.

every other game is fine. whatever they used on this game though hates my computer.

I'm tempted to buy the 'deluxe' edition, but I'm afraid I'd have the same problem and be out another $30.

Oh god, when will they remove the damn CD-check from 2142!?

My disc is so damn nasty looking from all the scratches it gets from having to be in the drive EVERY DAMN TIME I play the game.
