The one interesting nugget here is that nvidia has clocked their nv15 upto 250 mhz. Granted thats probably a rarity, but it should indicate a base line speed of at least 175mhz, and 200 mhz certainly wouldnt be out of the question depending on yields (nv15 ultra anyone?). Thats pretty damn impressive.
