So Killzone 2 is a Playstation 3 title long in gestation, will this lead to a refined experience or something less? Well we saw it the other day, maybe Jeb can answer a few questions. Also we saw news of new Team Fortress 2 content coming to the 360 version of Orange Box. And this partnership between Splash Damage and Bethesda is interesting, with both having such divergent strengths in single player versus multi player games it's not hard to imagine something good happening.

1. One more point for teleporting a heavy to the frontlines. Those fat fucks have a long, long way to walk much of the time and engineers should get a bonus for teleporting them.
2. Points should be given out for every 250 or 500 health healed out at a dispenser. Engineer is a support class. Dispensing health is supporting the team. They should get a bonus for it.
3. Engineers should get one point for every burning teammate their dispenser extinguishes.
4. Points for teleporters should be calculated by distance traveled. The further up the level an engineer builds his teleporter exit the more points he should get. Nothing drastic but an extra point or two for those very well placed front line teleporters we all love so much.
I don't think any of these would imbalance the points system and give engineers any more than they deserve. But they would finally give the engineers what they deserve which is a chance to move up a bit on the scoreboard. As it stands now even a great engineer can't climb the scoreboard very high.

Overall settings on medium with some stuff turned to high manually. Very smooth FPS. 1680x1050 resolution, AMD 5600+ dual core, 8800 gts, 2gb ram.

A friend of mine that doesn't have an internet connection at the moment wanted me to ask this question.
He has a US Amps 1000W amp, and 2 subs. He seems to have a problem where nothing will come through to the subs until it hits a certain volume level. Then the subs will start to produce sound. If he turns it down past the point where it would finally kick in, the subs stop working again.
Sound comes through all the other speakers fine at all volume levels, but not the subs, they only start working at certain levels. He has an aftermarket deck as well.
What are the different things he could check to see why this is happening?

It's a science news site (duh) - the cool part is that there's no human editor behind it. It's entirely automated - it checks news on all major science sites, regroup the related one together, categorize them, rank them, find associated press releases and images and publish them. Soon it might become self-sentient and take over the world ;)

My questions is, WTF is going on here? My account seems fine, and so far my characters also seem fine, and I can log in and play with this newly active subscription. Blizzard billing didn't seem to have much to say about it .... other than telling me to try to regain access through the password recovery system (which I did).
Is this some kind of account hack? Is this some kind of glitch? In any case, I have no idea what to make of it. It doesn't appear to be malicious in any way unless there is something I'm not seeing here. This ever happen to anyone else?

I've used the downloadable demo DVD images to install server 2k8 previously and it always asked for a key, and if you didn't have one, you could enter it up to 30 days later.
But I just got my official Volume License media, and I got a key from our license administrator, but get no prompt for a key during installation and get no messages on where to enter the key.
