8Well, its taken quite a while but according to GoneGold and Interplay, Messiah from Shiny Entertainment has finally gone gold. You can expect to see the game on shelves within a couple of weeks. If you just came out of hibernation and dunno wtf Messiah is, check out these impressive screenshots or even the playable demo that came out a while back.

Marlin, if you read the chat log from a couple of nights ago, or several of the other threads you would note my comment about going to Hawaii this Sunday.

i don't think ahl beta3 could have come at a more opportune time. with all the shit cs beta6 is getting right now (it DOES suck ass), i'm sure at least 60% of the cs players would be willing to give beta3 a shot.
As for the fact that characters snap like twigs in the game, I don't mind - it's sort of appropriate that in the really corrupt Messiah world, everyone gets wiped out (and it's always started by someone inside the ranks). At the end, of course, the only one left is a tiny cherub. :)
Now that's saying something...

We've been working hard trying to figure out the schedules for Messiah and we finally came up with one that everyone is happy with:
Late August: Preview tour
Mid October: Demo released
November 15: Full game released
So, that's why you haven't heard anything from us for a while. Whoo Hooo! Messiah has a firm release date!!!! Sound the bells, alert the media, strike up the band!!!
