Latest Penny Arcade Adventures Media Reminds of This Wednesday's XBLA, PC Release
by Chris Faylor, May 19, 2008 9:07am PDTMicrosoft just sent over a screenshot-laden note to remind us that Hothead Games' webcomic-inspired downloadable RPG Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, Episode One is this week's Xbox Live Arcade release.
Arriving on Wednesday, May 21 and priced at 1600 Microsoft Points ($19.95), Penny Arcade Adventures will be sold on Xbox 360 via the console's online Xbox Live Marketplace, while the PC, Mac and Linux editions will debut on Greenhouse.

The average 360 game is ~$60. The average PC game costs way more than $20. Yet here is a bunch of people complaining over $20. What the fuck is wrong with you?

I realize it stands out in comparison to other XBL titles (and people may be worried about this being the camel's nose for widespread inflation there) but assuming it offers commensurate value, what's the big problem? When did $20 become such a breaking point for people?
