Alleviate Your Projectile Dysfunction with Quake Wars

To promote the new console port of Enemy Territory: Quake Wars, publisher Activision has released a pair of videos advertising tie-in products that may help to cure some common gamer ailments.

Interested in a consolized version of ET: QW? Take a walk down your local PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 aisles on May 27. Also, be sure to check out our recent Quake Wars interview with id's Kevin Cloud.

Call me a troll, but am I alone in thinking the game looks really bad? I've played it, had some fun, but now when I see it just looks really dated. Choppy animations, lack luster lighting, the detail in the levels (save the MegaTexture™'s), the character work is OK but even then they seem to be low-res (model & texture)...

I dunno, it looks really dated. *shrug*

anyone else try to read the credit card icons? I think the first one was "STROGG", and the second one could be "STROGGOS", but it's been a while since I've played Q4.

I don't know, that game Echochrome for the PS3 sure isn't the greatest looking game, but it sure is fun... I respect your opinion, but the game is still good. I enjoy playing it on the PC and will definitely get it for the 360.

I wish this game hadn't come out right along side TF2, I wish I had the time to play them both but in the end I had to go with good ol Team Fortress.
