Now available from FileShack is 3DMark Vantage, the new Vista-only benchmark tool from Futuremark.

To run Vantage, you'll need Vista with Service Pack 1 installed, a DirectX10-compliant videocard, 1 GB of system RAM and a CPU that supports SSE2 instructions (though ideally you'll want a dual-core processor).

        Not test, run.

That means that you can't do stress testing or have aditional options. Just like the 2006 basic edition basically.

hahah...the only reason they became so popular was because the previous versions were free. now you have to give them an email to run it just once?

Wow WTF, so only Vista users can run it, and only those with DX10 GPUs, and they can run it only once. They're going to get like 1,000 DLs and that's it.
