I really don't understand where all this religion stuff is going. I feel like they're just throwing it in there for some sort of tension on the show. That's how it's coming off. I realize this won't be the case and this is all pretty pivotal probably, but I feel like they just dropped it on us - there wasn't a natural progression to this point.
This episode just didn't go anywhere. They dwell too much on what we already know. "What's it like being a Cylon..." and the guilt etc.. who gives a fuck. There's been 3 seasons before this. Felt like such a regression.. like watching Episode 1 of Star Wars and learning about the Force when everybody that fucking saw it had seen the original trilogy. Blah blah blah.
Still a good show, but move the fuck on. :(-
My thoughts on the whole religion thing with this show
There are angels and demons
Both the humans and cylons have them. The cylon angels would be six, Helo's wife, leoben, thighclops and anders.. The human angels are Lee, Starbuck, gaeta, helo, Adama. This side believes more in doing the rite thing.
The demons for both are Simon, Cavil, Doral, and Tory. Humans are obviously baltar and his followers. They believe more in power and perfection and will abuse these.
Now the interesting thing with this show is the ones in the middle. Rosilyn is pretty much in the middle along with deanna but I would lump the chief in here too. They tend to make the decisions that need to be made but fall along the lines of unethical.
The show blends the lines of what is really good and who is bad and how the interactions. There is a cylon civil war going in the background and we are starting to see a small civil war for religous reasons in the fleet.
This season has been somewhat boring but I believe it will work out in the end and we can go back and watch some of the stuff over again and see how RD Moore was laying the ground work.

I love how they keep the same extras around forever. it really helps the show feel consistent.
Racetrack's co-pilot was the same dude with her when she discovered New Caprica. The show seems to have a history of hiring actors to play a little bit part and then expanding them into regular cast (Helo, Anders, Cally, Kat, etc..)
Its one of the things I hate about a lot of shows, the random extras of the week thing.

good episode...did anyone else catch bold chief in the preview? lolz
it becomes more and more clear that at the end of the show baltar will be new jesus and lee will be the new president
also, the show was always heavy on religion, first two seasons six and baltar did nothing but talk about it, you should be all used to it by now.

I don't believe they are physically stronger because they're programmed to be "human" - I can't recall any point where they exhibited super-human strength. I think Tori means they're stronger because they're not human and don't have to wallow in emotional misery - the loss of a loved one, guilt, etc. Those are human traits and they aren't human so they just can let it go. Tori has kind of mastered this which is why she's kind of the evil one of the bunch. Tigh clearly did not agree thinking back at the loss of his wife and even questioned Six about guilt and the differences emotionally between human and Cylons.

I think I now officially hate BSG. What the fuck is with all this religious bullshit? This is a goddamn sci-fi show! Have all the writers been replaced by some Texan polygamy cult fucks? I just want Baltar to die because it's a fucking snooze fest anytime hes on the screen.
Way to fucking ruin it in the last season. -
