  • So I finally picked up gt5 Prologue, and I must say I am impressed

    1) This game is far from a demo, the content and features of the game making up 70 percent of gt4
The only thing i can think of off the top of the head is acquring licence, and modifying cars.

All that is really needed is more cars more tracks, nad more races, but core game FEATURE wise is basically 70 percent there

    2) the Feel of the car is improved but not drastic upgrade unless you put on professional physics.

    3) nice car models and sharper background but AGAIN one can not avoid the fact that the replay looks much better than when your actually driving (this was the same as gt 3 and 4.... I guess this is sony's marketing at work ( showing only replays and no bumper cam

    4) The track graphics and background look almost the same as the early release of gt HD, which did not impress me much

    5) car models are SUPERB and have a photo realistic view to it but hey you can still easily tell its a video game

    6) Sorry xbox fans the physics and graphics are really that much better in forza and pgr, maybe its the art style (photo realism)

    7) I do notice some chopping here and there when turning and when there are a bunch of cars in front of you

    8) online beh WE need a lobby system where we can have private games.... unless im missing something

    9) online there is lag when you see others on the track but the driving experience does of ones own car does not suffer from this lag feeling.

    10) ai is still not the best

Conclusion, gt5p is far from a demo yet a friend of mine who is a true xbot is convinced its JUST a demo which i paid 30 bucks. I can feel the fear in his voice.. My response to him was if this were only a demo I guess forza is pretty close to demo material also.
