FAKK2 Interview
by Maarten Goldstein, Mar 13, 2000 5:40pm PSTThere's an interview with Ritual artists Rob Atkins and Darrin Hart on Zupit. There are also audio interviews with FAKK2 creator Kevin Eastman and Julie Strain (Kevin's wife) talking about the game and movie.

Comments
The only sore in the interview is Atkins and Hart are incorrect about the origins of FAKK 2's story.
The original story was written way before Eastman's aquisition of Heavy Metal magazine, therefore the idea to make it an actual "sequel" (and that term can only be used in terms of licensing and marketing, being as the only thing Heavy Metal and FAKK 2 have in common is the style.), was never considered until years after the story was published in a graphic novel format.
Yes, FAKK 2 has been around for years, and it's one of the coolest comic books out there. Go check it out, but don't look for FAKK 2. Look for "Melting Pot".
There's my two cents, as i combine the two geek worlds of pc gaming and comic books.
