Games Gone Gold
by Steve Gibson, Mar 13, 2000 4:40pm PSTA couple of announcements of games going golden today meaning you can expect to see them on shelves within a few weeks. Word from GoneGold is that Thief2 is off to the presses. You can check out some new shots of the game at 3DAPlanet, Thanks Frans. Also, Allegiance from Microsoft is golden as well. Allegiance is a multiplayer space combat type game. note: Work continues in the background on all kinds of tweaks. Added [reply] buttons with some neeto javascript that fills out the fields in flat/threaded among other things. (Jack/Maarten figured that one out). Also made a few changes for browser compatibility.

i worked at a grocery store when i was 16 & 17, and I made a Duke 3d map of the store, parking lot, backroom, etc... it was pretty fun (nothing special) and I would spend hours playing that with my friend and go into work the next day and be looking for the minigun on aisle 5
please do see if there is a 'special' patch in order :)
why wont you release the server command?
It makes DM very different - people are hard to find, let alone shoot and kill. But it's kinda cool seeing everything in a different scale (jump height is still unaffected).
