PlayStation Store: Rock Band DLC, UT3 and Turok Maps, Warhawk and flOw Price Drops
by Aaron Linde, Mar 27, 2008 6:32pm PDTNew to the PlayStation Store this week are the usual lineup of Rock Band downloadable tracks, new Turok and Unreal Tournament 3 map packs and downloadable favorites at newly discounted prices.
Rock Band owners can now get their grubby mitts on the Boston track pack, which includes master tracks of "More Than a Feeling," "Hitch a Ride," "Peace of Mind," "Rock and Roll Band," "Smokin'," and "Something About You." The tracks can be purchased individually for $1.99, or in a bundle for $9.99.
Epic Games' Unreal Tournament 3 will be updated with a new map pack, available free of charge. The three-map pack includes Morbias and Facing Worlds, two classic maps from previous UT titles, as well as the brand new CTF map Searchlight.
Unreal Tournament 3 has also been patched to version 1.1. The update, which includes a variety of tweaks and fixes, will automatically download when starting the game.
The previously announced Velocirapter Map Pack for Propaganda Games' Turok is now up for download at a $4.99 price point. The pack includes two new multiplayer maps, one new co-op map and two relit versions of popular maps already included with the game.
Two games are now available on the PlayStation Store at a reduced cost. Incognito's multiplayer-only Warhawk will be priced at $29.99 until April 15, $10 off of the original price. Thatgamecompany's flOw is now available in a bundled form, which includes the full game and its expansion pack, for $8.99.
And finally, a single, lonely demo makes its debut this week with Irem's tactical RPG R-Type Command (PSP), downloadable free of charge from the PS3 storefront or the PlayStation Store for PC.
The game is scheduled to hit retail shelves on May 6.

Also, anyone heard when they will be releasing some of their older titles in a greatest hits line at a cheaper price like Resistance, etc?
