Latest Dark Sector Enemy Vignette Arrives

Wrapping up its week of vignettes, D3Publisher has issued the (presumably) final enemy teaser for the glaive-wielding action title Dark Sector, this one highlighting the Nemesis foe.

Developed by Digital Extremes, Dark Sector hits PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 next Tuesday, March 25.

      I'm not really crazy about the 'pound the square button to "finish him"' mechanic though... that could get annoying.

          Nope. I haven't owned a PS2 since around the time of GT3. And even then... it was basically a DVD player to me.

            In God of War you often did finishing moves by grabbing them then performing a minigame of either pressing a series of buttons, turn the analogue stick specifically or hammer circle and it never really got old or boring, mostly cause the deaths a brutally satisfying and there's the chance of failure. You also weren't forced to do them (if you did, however, you'd sometimes be rewarded with magic or health). If Dark Sector's work a similar way, it should be good.

              Ok... sounds more interesting than just 'hit the square button repeatedly' though. Maybe they will make it more like GoW? Otherwise... it doesn't sound like fun.
