The wife finally got a new job after 5 months of unemployment, and a phat 21% pay raise to go along with it. So we'll finally be getting a big-ass HDTV later this year -- right now, I'm leaning towards the Samsung HL-T5689S (56") or HL-T6189S (61"). The biggest selling points are LED lamp (15k-20k hour lifetime), no possibility of burn-in, 120Hz, and relatively slim + lightweight. The cost is expected to be $2000.

But now I need advice on what stereo system to pair with it. The wife will definitely be piping music from her PC to it, but so far she's fixated on Bose, which I know gets much hate around here. So please, offer me some reasonably-priced options... go!
