  Why didn't you? Did the story not interest you, did the trailer look awful? If you think the movie looks interesting, then GO see it! DO NOT listen to other people! Eastern Promises failed at boxoffice, Zodiac failed at boxoffice, Sunshine, The Fountain, 3:10 To Yuma all did badly at boxoffice :( and it leads to less and less original movies being produced by studios, and instead we get a thousand Saw sequels.
  ok, sorry about the rant, I've just seen so many threads lately where people are raving about Sunshine after watching it on DVD, and yet no one saw it when it was in theaters, and it makes me upset
