  huh, weird. I always thought "planches" (planks?) were an exercise where you stayed in the push-up position but with elbows on the ground and forearms flat on the ground and you held it for a couple minutes to strengthen your core. Maybe it's a different kind of planche.
  
  He uses his legs mostly, and halfway through he can't even do a full rep...looks pretty hard on the wrists.
