PlayStation Store Update: Thrashin', Golf, and Demos

New to the PlayStation 3's online PlayStation Store this week are two demos, new Rock Band and Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08 DLC and more.

Demos of Monolith Productions' Condemned 2: Bloodshot and Sumo Digital's Sega Superstars Tennis are now available to download. Both demos are free of charge.

Rock Band fans can now download the Earache Thrash Pack for $5.49, which includes "Blinded By Fear" by At The Gates, "Thrasher" by Evile, and "D.O.A." by The Haunted. The three master tracks will also sell separately at the price $1.99 per song.

New downloadable content for EA Tiburon's Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08 has been added, featuring two new courses. The Blue Monster Course is on sale for $4.99, while the Turnberry Golf Resort is available free of charge. Moreover, a cheat which enables players to max out their golfer's skills is also available for $2.49.

And finally, SCE Japan's Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee (PSP) also made its debut on the PlayStation Store, priced at $10.99. Originally released at retail in 2005, Open Tee is downloadable for the PSP via the PlayStation 3 store as well as the PlayStation Store for PC.
