PlayStation 3 Firmware Update 2.17 Now Available

According to the official PlayStation blog, the update is said to improve the operating stability of some online PlayStation 3 titles, though particular titles affected were not specified.
The 2.17 firmware update is now available free of charge, and can be acquired through the console itself, via the PlayStation Network, or by visiting the official PlayStation 3 support page.

I must have a deep subconscious desire to create a virtual nest. Oh god. Thinking about it, I probably do. It's going to be like the character creation sections at the start of some games where I spend HOURS making everything just right. OCD be damned! Delay it! Delay it forever!
