PlayStation 3 Firmware Update 2.17 Now Available

According to the official PlayStation blog, the update is said to improve the operating stability of some online PlayStation 3 titles, though particular titles affected were not specified.
The 2.17 firmware update is now available free of charge, and can be acquired through the console itself, via the PlayStation Network, or by visiting the official PlayStation 3 support page.
