Rock Band DLC: Black Tide, Paramore, Serj Tankian

After a slight delay in the company's usual schedule, Harmonix tonight announced this week's downloadable tracks for Rock Band.

Black Tide's "Shockwave," Paramore's "Crushcrushcrush," and Serj Tankian's "Beethoven's C***" comprise the offerings. The three master tracks will sell separately at the price of 80 Microsoft Points ($.99) per song.

Look for the DLC to appear tomorrow on Xbox Live and Thursday on the PlayStation Store.

I finally got to see my first rock simulator the other day (it was rock band) and it looked kind of neat, the biggest problem I don't recognized 99% of the songs (I'm apparently not "into" music) and it looks like the list continues...

I hadn't heard any of these songs before just now and none of them are really patently offensive. The Black Tide song sounds like it'll be a good guitar/drums song, the Serj song will be vocal hell, and the Paramour song is just, you know, a song.

i think this is a pretty kickass song pack. my girl likes the paramore song a lot, and serj is pretty cool. the black tide i've never heard but they are coming to tulsa next month so i'll probably go see them. for sure gonna get all 3!

Hmm... Interesting choice off the Serj album. Looking forward to it as it's probably the closest we'll get to SoaD...
