3) is mp Condemned really a bullet point you want to push to begin with? it's not what will sell the game.
It's like SEGA marketing is going down a spreadsheet checklist of materials with absolutely no regard for quality or execution.
Whoever is running Monolith these days should be screaming bloody murder and stepping in to let devs capture assets and get SEGA to release those (I certainly hope these are pub captured assets as I can't imagine a developer that worked on a game for 2 years shipping these). If devs captured these, then SEGA should have re-done them.
