so is getting Frontlines on the PC pointless? From what I hear they aren't giving it too much attention compared to the console version and barely anyone can even play it. They say it crashes on startup and the ones that can play it say there are bugs that make it crappy (something to do with the foliage?).

Yesterday's victorious winner on Still Here was Duffman8369 with 55,554 points using Eraser. I knew Mono probably wouldn't make it through that one.

This is the second day I've nominated something due to lack of suggestions, so if any of you have ideas, please post them. I've picked a song I listen to while I play Rocket Jockey. In the spirit of Dick Dale, I chose something new. I chose something different. Today, I chose Rapture Boogie Board, by The Surftronics. This one will be shorter than yesterday, I'm giving the Mono guys a break. It's still easy going but has a definate rhythm and a much quicker pace. It's a straight shot downhill, at a shallow angle, but damn is it bouncy thanks to that bass line. My initial scoring was 50,189 with Mono, I don't like Mono that much, but for some reason I stank up the song with everything else...maybe because the colors in this song alternate between "hot" and "cold" very frequently, making it hard to set up patterns. Regardless, today's limit is 83,000.

OK so Im aware that almost every month something good comes out this year, and this month the two titles Im looking at are Rainbow 6 V2 and Army of Two. Rainbow Im definately getting, but Im still very iffy on Ao2.

Right now it has three strikes. 1) EA. I hate EA. They will all burn in 7 Eleven.
2) One of the game play videos shows the main character unloading on an enemy and the enemy just kinda stands there until he finally dies. I like my COD4 and I like my bullets to do what they are supposed to do: kill people.
3)All the trailers look like the story is gunna be corny, bad voice acting, etc.

That being said the graphics look pretty good, and the gameplay looks solid. Maybe it will be worth it for the MP.

Anyone who is looking forward to this can you tell me why I might want to get this?

Any weightlifters in the house?

I'm trying to get back into shape after a year or so of relative sedentariness. I'm not fat or anything (5'8" 175 pounds), but I do want to start working out some more. I've been getting pretty good at riding my bike to and from work, which suits my needs as far as cardio goes, but I've been trying to work out some more at a gym near my house and had some questions.

It's a tiny 24hr Fitness which has no free weights, only machines. Typically I use the weight machines like the lat pulldown and the, you know, other ones that deal with weights. My main problem is that I definitely tend to stress my right arm over my left arm; even now my right arm feels a lot more worn out than my left. Is there any way to avoid this with machines? Or just come back home and do some dumbbell exercises with the off arm to compensate?

Is there any safe secure way of doing international money transactions? I just got an email in response from an ad I posted on craigslist, and the guy says he's in Canadia and wants me to do some stuff for him. I'm 99% sure that this is a scam, but I was wondering if there were any way that this kind of transaction could be done legitimately and securely.

I realize that any paper transaction (cashier's check, money order, personal check) is suspect for being counterfeit. Is there an electronic version? Cash?

Twisted Tea, it tastes just like snapple but it gets you drunk! I know the first thing you pansies will think is "girly drink" but fuck that.

Hardware menz

So i just ot me a 8800GTX and now need the cpu/mobo to go with it.
It will either be a intel duo or a quad of some sort, and i don't want to spend too much on it.. pricing wise the duos and quads in mid range are sort of mixed - any recommendations on which one to get? rather a better duo or a lesser quad? i'm rather looking for gaming performance here.
