I had a review copy of the original Rainbow Six a couple of weeks before its release, and was one of the first people on that bandwagon. I definitely understand the appeal behind the old R6 games. But I don't understand why R6:V gets some of the negative attention it does. It was a strong rebound from the downward spiral the series was taking.
