            That's the way these hack Class Managers are doing things. They actually listen to their community (big mistake; it's 90% crap whining) and when they deliver what the community wants, they realize they've outbalanced the game. So instead of nurfing back to balance, they buff up to balance, and then it's like nuclear proliferation all over again.
