New Battle of the Bands Media Released
by Maarten Goldstein, Feb 14, 2008 9:12am PSTTHQ has released more media from Battle of the Bands, Planet Moon's recently announced Guitar Hero-esque game with guns that was formerly known as Band Mashups.
Locally we have a batch of screenshots, while on FileShack you can find a pair of gameplay movies featuring the songs "Insane in the Brain" and "Whoomp! (There It Is)". You can also stream these videos below.

You swing your wiimote left, down, right, or zig zag depending on what you see on the track. If there's an "item" on the track and you hit the note (left, down, right, zig zag) it'll shoot it over to your enemy and hit them. However, you can block it via the B button. Then there's the faceoffs, which is basically an intense version of hitting items and blocking.
