Detonator 508 Drivers

If you missed the new NVidia detonator drivers that were leaked yesterday you better go grab them. It looks like they boost framerate one hell of a lot in Quake3 and also offer a couple of new toys to play with. Check out the FiringSquad article which gives a bunch of benchmarks and screenshots of the FSAA support. There is stuff all over about these drivers you can also check out at 3dgpu.com (Thanks monkbent) and Riva3d.com among other places. Now they just need to come out with some Win2K versions of these...

#1 that is true to a certain degree ,these driver do provide a speed increase for the tnt,tnt2,tnt2 ultra . I would recommend tnt owner\'s try them ,I recommend you don\'t use them to long. Them\'s a funky set of drivers for sure.

I tried the FSAA on my GeForce and it\'s not that great. It looks a little \"fuzzy\" and the speed hit is absolutely not worth it. Textures look better without it.

you have to try Quake 2 with these drivers , dam it\'s so fast it\'s almost unplayable. O and I don\'t recommend long term use of the 5.08 ,I have gone back to the 3.69 and I feel much more comfortable with them.
