January 29 is Bomberman Day

Hudson Soft, the overseer of all things Bomberman, has announced that all versions of Bomberman Land (Wii, PSP) and Bomberman Land Touch! 2 (NDS) have gone gold and will be in stores on January 29 for $29.99.

Announced last September, all three versions supply gamers with a number of mini-games in addition to the expected and explosion-filled multiplayer mode. Both the PSP and Nintendo DS editions allow local game sharing and support 4-person online multiplayer.

Kinda sad that the Saturn Bomberman game is still better than these new ones. It does 10-way multiplayer on one system and the 2D gfx are more clear than the 3D stuff. It has more features too. We still play it.
