Good god it was delicious! Could have gone with it a bit pinker and little lighter on the seasoning, but first time cooking with a cast iron was a huge success.

I quickly sold every goddamn thing on me to the quartermaster fag. Combat doesn't really seem to be that in depth. The enemies just bum rush you and as long as you get off a throw or lift first you've won the fight. Albeit this is only on normal but I imagine hard simply makes them do more damage - not give them better AI.

On my end of the ship, we got a bunch of excellent submissions for the Male computer voice and it was a REALLY tough at the end to decide who won! Going through the thread linked in the letter, you can listen to all the submissions (both raw and computerized). We now have quite a bit of assets in game and we're really excited to to showcase stuff for January, so stay aware!
Also, something for you "Show us something ingame!" nuts. Both a high res and streaming video of the Inner Sphere Demolisher tank rampaging around in Single Player.

Got a few high quality L2 agents last night that should help me push to Level 3. Maybe the vets want to help me on this one: how does faction work? For instance: am i better off staying at my -15 quality agent with 7.5 standing then moving to a new +15 quality agent?

Just go to your desktop and press the "print screen" button on the upper right of your keyboard. Then paste into any photo editing software and there it is.

I've watched a few of the "toothpaste" videos on the web but wondering whether to use a professional solution or something rather than (plain white) toothpaste. The scratch doesn't look that deep, it's only about 1cm long but it's located in the middle of the DVD.
Also, the rendered intro for Season 1 was terrible! What were they thinking?

I've found myself crawling at a snail's pace through the jungle constantly pulling out my binoculars to spot enemies ahead - before they spot me - the sniping them in the head with the silenced rifle.
It is bringing back good memories of the same anal play style that FarCry let me get away with :D
It's also a little more creative than I thought it'd be - I wasn't surprised by finding my squad mate hanging dead from a tree but I was totally surprised and impressed with how his suit disintegrated to remove any evidence of it.
And the suits themselves look hell tough - like those plastic coated muscle cadavers that tour with museums.
Is there any way to break people's necks by stealth? I'd like to be able to take apart bases of people without any of them knowing I was there - but I'm still getting the hang of the controls. It is totally the goods.
